We think it's between 900 to 1000 sq feet.

The house was built in 1950 to his mother's specifications.

It has a LR, DR, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one had a fireplace in it), a bathroom & an opened living area off of the kitchen (this use to be the 3rd bedroom).

The inside of the house is tongue-n-groove, knotty pine (even the ceilings).

There is a porch that runs across the front of the house.

The house is no longer needed. We would rather sell it then to see it go down as vacant houses seem to do. It must be seen to be appreciated. If you would like to know anything else just ask. 462-6518

Everyone who has been out to see it has told us that it is well worth the money. You have to see it to appreciate it. 462-6518

As of right now the house is still for sale. The price is $4,000.00 firm. We have had several people seriously interested in it but for various reasons were unable to get it. We figure the Lord will sell it to the right person when the time is right. It's in His hands.
