The last time I was out there looking at this property, it was very run down and the walkways were unsafe to walk on.  Has anything changed?  Is the house safe to go into, the cabins safe to go into?

The structures will need some cosmtic work.  Depending upon the way the property is sold, because all structures are connected to each other by boardwalks, will decide if repair will be made to boardwalks or if they will be removed and steps put up.
